If the homeowner will be present at the shoot, the realtor must provide an estimated timeframe to the homeowner in which the shoot will take prior to the shoot.

Realtor agrees to have property photo-ready prior to photographer arrival. Photographer may assist with home set up with minor item shifting that should take no longer than 10 mins. If the home is determined to not be photo-ready by the photographer, the session will need to be shot as-is OR a rescheduling will be required. A rescheduling and travel fee will be applied.

In order to avoid injury and/or property damage, the photographer is not responsible for moving heavy and/or large items (20+lbs) on the property.
